The app your drivers actually open
It shows drivers exactly where to fuel, unlocks the card at the right pump, and keeps the cab paperwork-free — so the savings happen without anyone babysitting them.
Three taps from pulling in to pulling out
See the advised stop
The app shows the cheapest contracted station on the driver’s route — with the price per gallon and turn-by-turn directions. No more guessing or texting dispatch.
Card unlocks at the pump
When the driver arrives at the approved station, the card activates for that single fill at the contracted price — then locks again. Nothing for the driver to remember.
Snap the receipt, keep moving
The driver taps to capture the fuel receipt and any documents. Everything syncs to the office automatically — no paper, no end-of-week shoebox.
Everything a driver needs, nothing they don’t
Drivers won’t use a tool that fights them. The Drafft app stays out of the way — it surfaces the next fuel stop, makes the card work when they get there, and lets them clear paperwork in seconds.
- Advised fuel stop — The recommended station for every fill, with price comparison and estimated savings
- One-tap card activation — The locked card comes alive only at the approved pump, for one purchase, at the contracted price
- Turn-by-turn navigation — Truck-legal directions straight to the advised station, built into the app
- Receipt & document capture — Snap fuel receipts, BOLs, and scale tickets — synced to the office instantly
- Two-way messaging — Drivers and dispatch stay in sync without leaving the app or switching tools
- Trip & fuel history — Drivers can see their own stops, fills, and savings — full transparency in the cab
Why drivers don’t mind it
- No new workflow — the card just works at the right pump
- No paper receipts to hang onto until Friday
- Clear directions to a stop that’s actually on their route
- They can see their own savings, so it doesn’t feel like surveillance
Drivers download the app and sign in with a code from your fleet. No configuration, no training session. Most are up and running on their first load.
Common questions
How does the driver activate the fuel card?
They don’t have to think about it. The card stays locked until they reach the Drafft-advised station. At the approved pump, the app activates the card for that single fill at the contracted price, then locks it again automatically.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes — native apps for both iOS and Android. Drivers sign in with a code from their fleet, with no setup on their end.
What does the driver have to do differently?
Very little. The app shows the recommended stop with directions, the card simply works when they get there, and they tap to capture the receipt. There’s no new workflow to learn.
Does the app track drivers?
It uses location only to advise the right fuel stop and confirm arrival at the pump. Drivers can see their own stops and savings in the app — the goal is to help them, not to spy on them.
