Telematics Data. With your explicit authorization, we connect to your telematics providers (Samsara, Motive, Geotab) to access vehicle location, engine status, idle time, fuel burn, HOS logs, driver safety scores, and route data. This data is used solely to power your fleet optimization dashboard.

Fuel Card Data. With your authorization, we connect to your fuel card programs (WEX, Comdata, RTS) to access transaction history, pricing data, and usage patterns to identify savings opportunities.

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent, using analytics tools.

Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state and analyze platform usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. Telematics and Fleet Data Handling

Telematics data is treated with strict confidentiality. Your fleet data is never sold to third parties and is not used to train AI models on behalf of any other customer. Data is processed in secure, encrypted environments. We retain telematics data only as long as necessary to provide your service or as required by applicable law.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Samsara, Motive, Geotab, WEX, Comdata, RTS, and fuel network partners. When you authorize these integrations, data exchange is governed by both this Privacy Policy and the respective third party's privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Telematics and fuel card data is retained for a rolling 12-month period unless you request deletion or a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
